Director of Operations 

Since joining the PBS team in December of 2023, Caleb has been laser-focused on overseeing business operations. He ensures all areas of the company – including service and supply chain – continue to operate efficiently and evolve effectively after nearly 40 years in business. Poised to not only meet customers’ needs but also exceed their expectations, he works to ensure problems that may occur with their machines are minimized and that accurate and timely service is provided.

Caleb earned a degree in public relations with a minor in marketing from Arkansas Tech University. While spending the first decade of his career in logistics, he earned a master’s degree in supply chain management.

Caleb has lived in Northwest Arkansas for more than 20 years. He and his wife, Catherine, have a daughter named Scout. They also have three dogs. In his off time, you’ll find him outdoors with his family, hunting and fishing, and doing woodworking projects. A native Oklahoman, Caleb is an avid Sooner football fan. Boomer! He also enjoys watching the Atlanta Braves play baseball.
