What is the process for installing a copier/printer?
Once your purchase has been completed by your sales representative, we will schedule a date for delivery. On that date, a team will perform the following tasks:
• Transfer information from machines that are being replaced.
• Install new software.
• Input IP information.
• Test your print/scan/fax functions.
• Install print drivers on computers.
