A self-taught businessman, Matt developed his skills across various lines of work before starting at Professional Business Systems in November of 1986, the year it was founded. Ten years later, Founder and President Marvin Gray Sr. retired, and Matt was named president. 

Under Matt’s leadership, PBS embarked upon becoming NWA’s premier service provider for copiers/printers. Today, PBS is more than just a copier company. The company creates solutions through office technologies while building relationships with clients, delivering on promises, and allowing customers to operate their businesses with the confidence their business solutions will work for them. 

Both of Matt’s two sons, Mitchell and Matthew, are in the family business. He enjoys spending time with his growing family including his wife, Marisha, and their two grandchildren, Mack and Mia. Matt’s hobbies include boating, RV camping, golf, and duck hunting.
