Leadership Team

Matt Mawby

Owner

A self-taught businessman, Matt developed his skills across various lines of work before starting at Professional Business Systems in November of 1986, the year it was founded. Ten years later, Founder and President Marvin Gray Sr. retired, and Matt was named president. Under Matt’s leadership, PBS embarked upon becoming NWA’s premier service provider for copiers/printers. Today, PBS is more than just a copier company. The company creates solutions through office technologies while building relationships with clients, delivering on promises, and allowing customers to operate their businesses with the confidence their business solutions will work for them. Both of Matt’s two sons, Mitchell and Matthew, are in the family business. He enjoys spending time with his growing family including his wife, Marisha, and their three grandchildren (Mack, Mia, and McCall). Matt’s hobbies include boating, RV camping, golf, and duck hunting.

Mitchell Mawby

CEO, Visionary

At an early age, Mitchell Mawby developed an entrepreneurial spirit and appreciation for hard work when he started a lawn business in high school. He is the son of President and CEO Matt Mawby and has been with Professional Business Systems for over a decade. However, he did not originally intend to follow in his father’s footsteps. He credits an early mentor, Chris Meyer – who was a PBS employee for 20 years before starting a church in North Carolina – for instilling in him a passion for the work. He says Chris encouraged him to join the family business and create a long-term vision for success, and for that he will be forever grateful to him. Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he majored in business administration and marketing with a minor in economics. While attending college he worked as a credit analyst at Legacy National Bank. He says this opportunity gave him great perspective on business leadership and financial dealings. When he’s not working you can find Mitchell on the golf course, by a body of water, cheering on the Razorbacks or in the duck woods. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family – wife Maurie, son Mack, and daughter Mia.

Matthew Mawby

President, Integrator

While he was still in college, Matthew Mawby worked at Professional Business Systems in many departments, learning about the business from multiple perspectives – from truck deliveries to customer service. While he started with the PBS sales department after graduating, he looks forward to the opportunity to grow the business on the operations side. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he majored in small business/entrepreneurship with a minor in marketing. Matthew says he is grateful for the opportunity to work at PBS while attending college and credits the experience with making him passionate about how PBS continues to service the community of Northwest Arkansas. When he is not working, you will most likely find Matthew with his family, which includes his wife, Taylor and dog, Milo. He enjoys spending time on the golf course, hunting and relaxing by the pool or lake. He is also an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and Kansas City Chiefs.

Mark Reinert

Director of Technology

Mark Reinert grew up in Northwest Arkansas and has lived here for most of his life. He attended Arkansas Tech University in Russellville before returning back to NWA to start his career in technology and operations in the information systems department at a local medical center. Over 25 years ago, Mark joined the PBS team. During this time, he has helped lead PBS in the transformation from analog to the latest in digital technology. His primary focus is providing excellent and efficient technology solutions for the company and PBS customers. In addition to years of experience and a wide range of industry-specific training, Mark holds many certifications — from Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer to Certified End Point Security Specialist with HP and many others. Mark thrives on the challenges of the ever-changing technology landscape shaping our world today.

When he is not spending time with his growing, NWA-based family, Mark enjoys a variety of outdoor sports.

Jonathan Davidson

Director of Finance

In a role he describes as encompassing all things finance and administration, Jonathan appreciates that nothing is off the table when it comes to his job. Focusing on ways to grow the company and presenting financials in a leadership meeting are always top of mind. And, since joining the PBS team in January 2024, he’s become accustomed to finding tasks such as printing envelopes and grabbing the mail on his workday to-do list, too. After 12 years of working with a company of about 82,000 employees, Jonathan experienced a big change in the workplace dynamics of a smaller-sized office. The family atmosphere at PBS quickly revealed itself and caught his attention. Plus, he discovered the fast-paced environment he found here – one that leaves him with a feeling that every day feels like something new – was something he loved. When he’s not going full speed in the office, Jonathan can be found golfing, running, hunting, and reading. He’s also a fan of hanging out with his family and chasing his kids. He and his wife, Megan, have three sons – W.O., Walter, and Hughes – and a dog named Wallace.

Caleb HIll

Director of Operations

Since joining the PBS team in December of 2023, Caleb has been laser focused on overseeing business operations. He ensures all areas of the company – including service and supply chain – continue to operate efficiently and evolve effectively after nearly 40 years in business. Poised to not only meet customers’ needs but also exceed their expectations, he works to ensure problems that may occur with their machines are minimized and that accurate and timely service is provided. Caleb earned a degree in public relations with a minor in marketing from Arkansas Tech University. While spending the first decade of his career in logistics, he earned a master’s degree in supply chain management. Caleb has lived in Northwest Arkansas for more than 20 years. He and his wife, Catherine, have a daughter named Scout. They also have three dogs. In his off time, you’ll find him outdoors with his family, hunting and fishing, and doing woodworking projects. A native Oklahoman, Caleb is an avid Sooner football fan. Boomer! He also enjoys watching the Atlanta Braves play baseball.

Alex McClung

Director of Sales

After graduating from the University of Arkansas in May of 2018, Alex McClung joined PBS in less than two weeks, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the team. Over the years, he has held various roles, including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and entry-level management positions, each contributing to his professional growth and the company's success. Growing up in Rogers, Alex has deep connections to the community, with family roots extending to Carroll County. This local heritage has instilled in him a strong sense of commitment and pride in serving businesses within the region. His understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs has been pivotal in building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. Alex often describes PBS as the place where he "grew up" professionally. Outside of his professional life, Alex enjoys watching sports, golfing, playing music, and spending quality time with his family and pets.
